Self-motivation, Confidence, Good Mood=Where??

Really got no mood to blog agn..i am not quite sure why am i having all this negative feelings at this crucial post-exam period, but i sort of narrowed down some of the possible reasons...

Possible reason 1:
I am working on my DSS revision exercises when i came across this step where they asked me to use vlookup..you all must be wondering, ''vlookup??So easy..." But, it issnt in this case.(at least i think it is difficult)
You all noe that vlookup is to search for a value in the first column of a table array and returns a value in the same row from another column in the table array.

BUT, if the value needed to lookup in the table array is a range instead of an exact value?

I think the rest of the exercise i still can manage..so ya...

Possible reason 2:
I Seriously sucks at POA and needs help!!
I got my graded assignment which was sat last tues..and i got 21/40
WHICH MEANS, I have to get at least 75% of the total marks for my final POA paper to get a borderline B- ...
Haiy..hope i can do it..

Possible reason 3:
IAC project is dued this friday, and my grp issnt even halfway completed..

Overall...

Fuhua won the Singapore Record Challenge'08!!

Ytd, mt, yq, wei, and sperm(jeng yang) and i went to sp to support Fuhua..and not forgetting to support Tony~~

Yesterday, we reached sp at 1.40pm and took us no time to find our way to the sports stadium where the competition was held.

Saw the hosts for the show..

I tink that Pornsak's extrovert nature and friendly personality makes a great host i must say...

THe other 2 hosts were also very good hosts too..

I regretted not having to take photos with them and have their autographs..

awwwww~~

Sad to say, we were the few alumni s that turned up..

We stayed there for until 7pm..mt and wei went home earlier cos mt was not feeling well and wei have to rush hme to settle his project..

Saw huanghao from far after the competition..but then we din manage to say hi to him as we cant catch up with his fast speed..

i wonder when will we have our 2nd 4E2 class outing?!?!..

GO FUHUA GO!!

Tomorrow i will be meeting mt, yq, wei all to sp to support fuhua(especially Tony..LOL) for the Singapore Record Challenge'08

Fuhua Sec will be facing Bukit Panjang Government High tml

Will Fuhua wins it all, emerge as the overall champion and ultimately BREAKING THE WORLD RECORD??

OR will BPGH suppress Fuhua??

today while i and yq were walking to the np atrium, we saw Cherwin and a girl...HOLDING HANDS

i didn't saw it wrongly nor typed wrongly...I DID saw it with my bare, naked eyes!!

Tell u all sth damn funny that happened to me after i left np..

After i bid goodbye to Cherwin and yq, i took bus 154 hme..

The funny thing was...I ACTUALLY OVERSLEPT AND THE BUS ARRIVED AT THE INTERCHANGE..

When i woke up, i found myself in the bus, and the bus was not moving...

I then sensed sth wrong..i immediately stood up and looked ard..having to found out that the bus was alr at the bus parking area and i was the only one on the bus!!

I immediately asked the bus captain(to my surprise, he was still in the bus, but den why din he woke me up?? ), to drop me off..

i then took a bus back hme..

what an experience man...

Shit..My PBL2 'presentation' din work well today..

PBL2 'presentation' supposed to be my grp and i presenting our work tgt in front of the tutor...but was diff for my class..

We have to be tested individually by Mr Unknown, My tutor(I am not going to say out the name of my tutor as i dont wana be sued for defamation...=.='')...

This put most of the grp member at a disadvantage end..as we arent very strong with the functions in excel..arent as strong doesnt mean that we dono how to do, just that we have to take more time to do..

Mr Unknown even commented one of my grp member " lousy" and said that he was disappointed of my grp...

No good~

I Fucking Hate Deadlines

Haiy..i am so damn die now..
the PBL 2 folder we supposed to submit our pbl2 project were removed when we were abt to submit..
*take a deeeeeep breath..wooo...
(this is when LMS's anger management skill comes in use..)

ok..
u noe how much hard work me and the rest had put in for this PBL 2??

YTD
Woke up at 6.15am and reached fuhua at 7.15am..had NCC activity from 7.30- 12.30 pm..went to west coast park and ran about the place for check points..i had my breakfast only when i accompanied them with the activity..terrible feeling..hungry+sleepy+itch(lots of mosquito bites)..
Mr Loh told me in front of Mr Chia and hong wei(part B PC), that i am like a 小老人(young old man)...meaning that i maybe young but then my thinking are like an old man..hmm..do i?

Then after NCC, i quickly went home, have a quick bath, 20mins rest, and went to np for PBL2 discussion..

there were onli jx, darren ong and me..

we started on our PBL2 from 3plus in the afternoon, to abt 8.40 plus in the night...
u know how it feels to be cold(there was a bit of a wind then), hungry and tired??

After reaching hme, wad i can do was just to slp..

Today, i forced myself to wake up at 9am to complete my LMS and IAC assignments..spent the whole of the afternoon on them...den after that i went to tjcc to have some self-studying..
returned hme at ard 8.40pm..when i tht nightmares are over..

i remembered that i forgotten to ask abt the PBL2 tasks...

We then do until 11.40plus pm...

After i sent the part i did, i tht everything went smoothly and all can be submitted in time..this was when jx announced a series of bad news.. Followed my a BIG BAD NEWS!!

Today in LMS...

In groups, we had to complete 3 different level of challenges within the given 1hr..

The challenges are related to 'managing fear'

Level 1: In grp, we have to sing "Happy Birthday to you" to group of strangers in all 4 canteens in np..Not quite of a difficulty completing this challenge...

Level 2: Each grp member have to ask a stranger of an opposite sex, for their handphone number...

For me, this level 1 challenge was a quite difficult thing...

erh..k lah k lah.no kick lah..haha..LOL

This gal that i asked was...erh...not my taste lah..LOL..but then due to time constraint..bo bian(no choice)

Scene Description..

*The following scene had mostly been translated from Mandarin to English to benefit those who don't know Mandarin. () with english meanings will be given for lines not translated...

(She was so shy lah..when i first approach her, she was like so scared of me lah..

keep on looking away from me)

Me: Hello...i would like to be friend..i am CK..wads ur name?

She: Erh..u want my seat??..erh..erh..u want my seat ah?..(shaking..)

Me: Erh..No..i would like u to be my friend..can u give my ur handphone number??

She: huh??..erh..are u doin a survey or sth??why nid to have my number??

Me: i cant tell u..u give me ur number first, then u tell u what i am doin now..

She then look at her friend who was seating abt 2 chairs apart..

She: hey..这么办啊??(What to do??)

Her friend(a guy): 他想干吗阿(What is he trying to do?)

I then passed the gal my handphone and she start typing her number for me..

then i got to know that her name is Alice..

Me: Actually i am doing sth for my LMS module..

She: oh..ok..

Level 3: In grp, we have to make a scene doing the most unusual thing in front of unaware audience..

In this challenge, a BIG THANKS to Ruslan..for being slapped hard by fiza in the lib,next to the shop selling bubble tea..

Every single one of the audience was stunned by that..as i was the camera man and i was too stunned, i din get to record the reactions of the audience...wasted...

After that i stayed for like 2-3 hrs just to settle the BMGT report..

was printing for the BMGT report when onli to find out that the system cant seem to receive my document..BIG thanks to ziq lending his laptop to me and to send the files..

Then, when printing, i then dicovered that we still nid to attach the cover page, and other documents to it for submission...but all settled le...FINALLY!!

Deadlines & Excel Sucks

Today jx, daren ong and i was all the way at the np library doin our PBL2 & BMGT project...from after our lunch at 2plus till 8.35 pm!!

can u imagine that?!..when we left the library, although we still have not yet completed any one of the 2 projects, but we already done most of them..will be able to submit them by the deadlines..

Ok..i overslept today..i set my alarm clock at 7am and 7.30am tis morning respectively..

when my first alarm goes off at 7am, i was looking at the time and tht that a bit more sleep would do any harm lah..somemore i have another alarm that will go off at 7.30am..

as i woke up the second time, i then realised that the time is 9.05am!!..and my lesson was at 9am!!..i quickly rush to bath, pack my bag and left my house and darted to the bus-stop..

i then waited at the bus-stop for the bus, for at least 15mins!!..

while waiting at the bus-stop, i kept wondering..why din i woke up at the 7.30am, when the alarm was suppose to go off at 7.30am??..hmm...think i accidentally off the alarm clock when i was sleeping..LOL..

Tgt with some of my classmates, yq, and mt, we attended the navy career talk..objective was to get free movie tickets and goodie bags..no CCA points though..sad..

the speaker was hilarious man..full of 'spicy' jokes..and funny abbreviations like 'LJ'..

heard from him that there will be another recruitment talk by the SAF next wk..I WILL BE GOING!!..haha..free movie tickets and goodie bags...

Saw Andy today at ct 1 with huishan and val..i was like.."HUH??arent huishan and val be schooling at rp and tp now??"..haha...andy told me that they were meeting lays later that day..and Tzuh Suan will be joining them..yet another surprise..bcos she is in jc now..arent she be in school studying or wad??...ok..smart people...

Stress>time

Ok...don't have much time now..lets quickly finish the entry and get projects going..

i skipped my bmgt lecture today..used the time to have lunch and to work on my projects...

still have alot of details in the projects left to settle..

i am totally stressed out man..

2 tests coming my way next wk, which fetches 20% of weightage each to the final grade of the 2 modules..

So much things to do and so little time...

The road is long and hard to walk,

But my heart will go on, no matter what not...

Self motivation put to the test!!

i got 12/40 for my POA graded assignment..i admit that i dint quite follow the topics covered in this graded assignment..at this moment, i really felt dishearted at first..

BUT, i will NOT beaten down by this small setback..An A(or B) is my goal..and i will put in my very best effort to get to my goal..

Ok..unhappy things aside..

Went with my TB30 classmates to BT plaza's pizza hut to have our lunch tgt..

Where 猛 happens...

Floorball no more!!

I, am yq all had decided to not continue floorball as cca..

why??

Getting Gold for cca record we nid 72 cca points thru out the 3 yrs in np,

getting a silver for cca record nids 48 cca points, and 36 cca points for bronze..

if i am in floorball as my cca, i will only have 1pt per sem, which means 6 points in total when i graduate from np..

to me i tink is time-wasting as i have little interest in floorball..so ya..thats my reasons for quitting...

.

And regarding me joining np's rugby club as my cca, i have second thoughts now..

Focus on my studies and maintaining fuhua ncc unit's standard will be my top priorities for now..

The rest can wait..

Somemore i already registered in the BAoC'09..apart from enjoying myself then and enlarging my social network..

Game 3 timeout!!

HAD the much awaited game 3 today at the usual place at the usual time...
but then, due to the rain(which last for only 5-10mins), we had to call for a timeout and to postpone the remaining of the game 3 to next time..
the current scores are 17-14..team shakers in the lead..
with special appearance of commentator, known as kang, or bowen, we got to see our individual stats for game 3.
My stats for the game3 for today..
Field goal: 4/8(scoring percentage of 50%)
2 rebounds*
1 assist*
2 blocks
*the stats above arent very accurate as kang didnt record down all the rebounds, assists and blocks...
Most probably to resume game 3 next sat..

Woah..hoo~~Lms group project finally come to an end!!...
ok...
Went to fuhua for my part B(secondary 2)'s training for orienteering..
First half of the training was all the theory portions..damn boring..
then, we had physical training..
I tell u man..the instructor who is in charge of the physical training is fit...
HE, tgt with the rest of the part B, the sec 3s, and me, did several different exercises..
Its called ''Not so ultimate, but will make u ultimate exercise"(or something liddat..)
IT consist of flutter kicks?, crunches?, normal push-ups?, diamond & spiderman push-ups?, and manymany more..haha

After the training, i str away returned hme, took a quick bath, den went down to jp.
I was hoping to buy myself some new clothes(long-sleeves shirt, jeans, belt, shorts..)
BUT cant make my mind on the shop to buy my clothes..so went hme empty-handed..haha...

Having dinner with my family to celebrate my 2nd bro's, mum's and father's birthday, which falls on this month..
This means that i might not play long enough for game 3!!

Had a very crazy wk, but then u readers cant expect me to recall everything that happened for this wk..so i will just pick out some of the more funny ones ba..hope u all wont find then bored..

Hmm..I tink that i am no longer belong to the younger generations le(neither am i in xb's ancient generations lah..)Why??
On 1st of July, i went down to my dear fuhua secondary school for the fuhua ncc unit as that day was NCC Day..reaching fuhua at ard 6.20am..now for the funny part..i was then wearing long-sleeves shirt and pants and shoes..quite formal as i have blaw presentation after that..Everyone who sees me was saying things like "Ai seh~ wear so formal for wad??"
That day fuhua was introducing 3 new teachers to the sch and eugene, shannon & aloy keep pushing my to the new teachers side, saying that me wearing that attire looks like a teacher too..
OK~~

Soon after i left fuhua for ngee ann, Tony sms-ed me..
"Yoyo yo-y u so gl wear that shirt.r u attracting me?=P"
Ok..i am really stunned and speechless upon reading his sms...

Went to the underpass with my classmates to register for the BAoC'09..
i am in grp 7, so i would propaganda my classmates to join the grp that i am in..
almost all joined my grp!!..woah.hooo...haha....
.
then waited for yq, lian da, weisheng and kelvin at the underpass as they, too wana join BAoC'09...For the CCA POINTS...(CCA~~!!..P-O-I-N-T~!!)
mt already joined grp 5 with his previous orientation grp members..
the 4 of them made a decision...to join grp 7 with me!!..isolating mt..
we had our first "team isolation team cheer" before they wrote their names down..
And it goes like this..
*In one small circle with everyone facing the center of the circle..
*Our hands putting tgt in the center of the circle..
* "1, 2, ISOLATION!!"
