I have been playing basketball for 2 days straight and my legs and back is killing me..

No work for this week yet...

Yesterday

Yq, wei, xb, mt and i went to kpool for some pool action!!

At one time, i say this Miss which i tink is quite ok...

But then xb and yq were making a big fuss abt her and even got me involved...

(never learn...)

Then this happened...

I was playing against yq...

when i was attempting to hit the white ball towards another ball at the side of the table to the side pocket, i hit the white ball so hard that the ball i aimed hit out of the table and it rolled towards the Miss...

OK...It was an accident man!!

yq, xb, wei and mt were like "wah..not bad ah..good aiming..."

he too hit the hit the ball off the table...

but, the ball went off 'target' ...

haiy...weak~

yq was so eager to impress me and xb with his skills, in return wants us to teach him more of...



Then we went to catch the movie, Money not enough 2

I expect the movie to be a funny one..

but then it turned out to be a very touching movie...

3/5 popcorns for this movie...

Japan Summer Festival

Saturday initially was basketball day, but today i went out with my TB30 classmates...
Went to the Japanese School at Changi area for the festival...

Saw precious and hui jin in their cool jap costumes
i was like shocked, bumping into them when there are so many pple there..
but then, i already knew that they might come as they have the craze for jap...

Then we met up with Debrah and her friend...

i ate a pack sushi and one sausage at 5 bucks and 1buck respectively...

had a drink that looks kinda interesting...

Saw that glass marble inside the glass bottle??
It works kinda interesting..
The glass marble is stucked at the opening on the mouth of the bottle when first bought...
Then there is something to push the glass marbleat the mouth into the bottle...

Before leaving, i saw this statue at the jap sch and decided to do whats right...

haha...

(Don't you think that the statue resembles someone who specialised in doin the 'falling down' lay-up)

Then after, we went to tampines mall for dinner

Jx, darren ong and i went to the arcade while the rest are having dinner...

jiaxin sponsored me to give a shot for the *stacking game...

* recall the game played at je...i got the minor prize and cherwin failed and got nth..

I failed too...

same as cherwin the last time, i failed at the highest level...

Today i went to fuhua for ncc and i so happened to caught up with 大哥, Jianlai

I then recalled abt "Jianlai and Xianling going out" case and clarified with him

What happens is that everytime one module is being tested, i will put all the documents(lectures, tutorials, everything about the module), into THE Done Folder...

Doing this makes me more refreshed and motivated to study for the next module paper!!

Conclusion for today

I had my Maec paper today and i tell u...i got defeated terribly..
shaked...chopped..feather-ed...meng-ed...tony-ed...zzz-ed
I left 6 marks blank, not totally because i dono how to do, but was due to the lack of TIME
Singapore economy qn i did quite badly...I would be Very, VERY happy if i could get 12/20 for that qn...
Dont wana talk abt it anymore...
one down, 3 to go...(Sian=.='')

Funny things to wrap up for today...

- Before the paper, i, tgt with mt and yq, went to atrium to talk crap...

BUTs and more BUTs

On a whole, today was a very VERY non-productive day...
ytd i stayed over at my grandma hse, aiming to finish going thru maec...
BUT,
i started to study at 10.30pm...
then i stopped and turned on the tv to watch the Olympics USA Team v. Team China

This is the first full-time match i watched and i enjoyed it a lot.
Great solid defence of the USA's "Team Of Redemption"...they played well(like they always do), and nice effort by China too...Especially Yao Ming and Yi Jian Lian...

The match ended with

Team USA v Team China

101 : 70

The match ended at ard 1.30am..

At that point, i was damn tired but then i forced myself to study...

(Thanks trenna for saying to me the words of encouragement...)

I then started studying until 6am...sad to say i only get to cover 65% of the MAEC...

I then took a rest until 11am before i return hme...

.

In the afternoon, i meet up with yq, mt, and wei to study at np and as i expected, i din get to cover much...

They were like..

Wei : Lets do it...(Dota)

Mt :ok..I'll get back to studying..

Mt: wah..*looking at yq and wei's laptop screens..#$%%^ &(dota langauge which i dont seem to understand)

Mingtheong proclaimed that he would control to not goin to play dota and to study today..

he even used *control measure to refrain himself from dota-ing

yes he didnt play dota, but he was busy looking at dota actions of yq and wei that he din study much too...

I too only get to cover abt 5% more??..adding to approximately 70% of MAEC covered..

Overall :

Today was a non-progressive day...

Tomorrow i will try to finish covering MAEC and to cover abt 60% of BLAW..

Firstly before i start on my boring updates,

Updates for today~

Had my last tutorial session today..MAEC..
i think this session was a fruitful one and I Love it!!~ (M1 advertisement)
After that we went to the BT plaza for our lunch and have a few games of pool..
(no more pool until after exam!!)

Then i went to Fuhua for ncc..
But then when i reached there, there was nothing for me to do..and i mean nothing...
There were only post holders runing thru the sequence for the fuhua's ndp parade...

Then Jack called me and told me that Sean and him just left fuhua and was at the gate...
I immediately went to the gate and ying jie them to go in fuhua agn..
BEfore we left fuhua, we oso got to play soccer...eugene, shannon, aloy, sean, junwen and me...damn fun~(lebron oso knows soccer ok~)
but then so sad shunjie they all have remedial until which ended at ard 4.30pm...(when we was abt to leave fuhua le), so they din join us for soccer...
.
After that, eugene, aloy, shannon, shunjie and i went to Gombak to register for the sc marathon, but then shannon had forgotten that the register for today was until 5pm..and we reached at 5.20pm...how sad..
we then went to have prata before we ba le kampong!(return home)
and ya, the cheese prata was bagus!(delicious!)

okok..lets begin the post with the title...

POA don't mix with meng

i am now currently at my POA revision tutorial..and i dont seem to UNDERSTAND WHAT THE @#$% THE TUTORIAL IS TAlKING ABOUT!!

Haiy...

i recalled the first test i did online, i got 40/50.. and i was like so..

since then i din care about this module as i think is so easy to score..i was terribly wrong..

my marks for the subsequent tests got lower and lower...

so does my motivation to study for POA...

ok..

Enough of the negative self-talk..

Starting from this moment onwards, i will work extra extra hard for my POA, so as to get a high mark for my Semester exam and help me push up my overall grade for POA to a B...

.

now for some outdated updates for the past wkends...

Sat,

as u have read from my previous post, i meet up with yq, mt, wei, alvin, zw, face, kang, xb for some basketball action at the basketball court near jp..

tony and sperm soon joined us..

After some intervals of 3 v 3 matches, we had the much anticipated Game 4 rolling!

Team Shakers started off well, leading the scoreboard with at least 1-2 points..

BUT Team Choppers, with the tremendous offense from their key player, tony, managed to even the score and turned the tide...

His current stats for the game was superb..

With shooting percentage of 80%(10/12),

10 rebounds!!

and assists & steals were oso very good too..

This good performance by tony earned him a double-double, the 2nd double-double after kavan...

Sad to say, due to my lack of warming up and stretching exercises before the game, halfway thru the game i felt some tightness at my legs(signs of cramp), making it difficult for me to freely move across the court for defense and offense..

Think this gave the Choppers the chance for their comeback...

I tried my best to defend and forget abt the pain experienced at my legs..

Not until one time, i was attempting to block yq's layup, my legs cramped in mid air and i fell on the ground...(the ball din get in...lol)

this was the first time i got cramps...previously i only felt tightness at my legs and dats it..

And due to that, we had to call for a time-out and postpone the game..

The score for game 4 are currently..

Team Shakers v. Team Choppers

15 : 17

Will Team Shakers turn the tide and win Game 4 , and even the series to 2-2?

Or will Team Choppers take the victory over Game 4 and extend the lead to 3-1?

Forgetful me

BEfore i begin with my post, i would like to say a..
..HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY TO JiaXin and HongRu!!
Hong Ru, so sorry that i have forgotten ur birthday ytd..paiseh ah..

Ytd's DSS test is damn easy, BUT if u noe me, there bound to be mistakes made...

ONLY mistake i made: I forgotten to divide 12 to the interest rate when computing the monthly instalment!!

THis is no small mistake...but a BIG one...

when the monthly instalment is wrong,the total instalment will be wrong,
and then the total interest will be wrong, then the data table will be wrong...
And then the whole qn will be wrong...

ok lets move on..

After the test, Jia Xin, Charles, Janice, Xiaopei, Yanling, Darren Ong, DC, Joshua and i were deciding whre to celebrate JiaXin's birthday..
It took quite a while for us to finally decided to go for the Fish N Co at jp...
Because my mum alr cooked my dinner at hme, i onli ordered a drink there...
*serious controlling needed to resist the temptation of the fish and chips, the fries, the...

Joshua, having a very fruitful life in his secondary sch, shared his past glory stories with us...
And after listening to his stories, i then realised that i wasted my life in my sec sch...okok..i am joking..

Ok..just now i went to np for the gym orientation, tgt with jianhao...
while arriving at the clementi stop, i saw Jianhao and Siyun boarding the same bus as me...
i was like..*errr..hemmm...(clearing my throat)..wah..jianhao..not bad ah..*

then i found out that Siyun was heading for her jc's open hse...chey~~
