For those Poly year 1s, hows your 1st week of school?

Abt 6mths of holiday, finally its the start of school...

still used to the slack poly life?

ALL MY PLANS FOR TODAY FAILED!!!

My initially plan was to meet up with Darren Ong in np lib to do our tutorials for this coming week,

BUT,

due to the rain, we called off the study trip to np lib...

Then, i came up with another back-up plan,

To go zw hse to do tutorial qns...

Initially thought that my back-up plan will work,

BUT I WAS SERIOUSLY WRONG!!

Reached zw hse...

Me: HOOTTTT~ Heyo~

Me: Am i the first to reach?

Zw: Yea..

Me: ok~

Me: i shall start my tutorials first...

Zw: Strong~

Zw: I shall continue my Dota game~

After some time...

As i saw Yq walking towards Zw's laptop, i sense something wrong...

Me: erhhhh...Yq, i tht u come zw hse is to join me do tutorials de?

Yq: nonono...thats what you tink...

Me: huh???

Yq: I came here to relax...

Me: wah liao...

Few minutes later, Mt came...

Mt: Lets do it~

Me: huh?

Yq: Lai~

Me: 0.o??

Zw then went in his bro's room and carried his mahjong table out!!

I end up mahjong-ing for a few rounds!!...

Until Xb came, i wasted precious time mahjong-ing sia!!

I could have used the time to finish my tutorials lah...

I end up going to scary place, from 7.30-9.30pm, to complete my tutorial qns for tml.

Oh man,

Today is just not my day...

Yesterday was the first day of IS. Early 0800 in the morning…

So our sleepy Mr JJ Wu dragged himself out of bed and into a cab $_$ only to find the I&E teacher… late super early.


Reason given: I am stuck in a traffic jam. (((-.-m)

Teacher’s excuses encounters are always so special. Never knew anyone could be held back by traffic for… AN HOUR (!) Guess that’s a talent too eh?


While waiting, I almost got CK pic for sleeping in class lah! But I think he kinda got annoyed with me holding a camera in his face. So I deleted it. Super sad can. )=


Yes. So after an hour, there we have it… the I-blame-the-morning-traffic I&E teacher.

Icebreaker was super duper boring. All you can hear for hobby is eat, shop, watch teevee. We are such typical Singaporean. (x

Then we were made to read out some previous group’s proposal which was damn lengthy followed by a video on how to create a group.


We had a super hard time I thinking for a group name.

Names suggested:

1. Wolf and the 3 little pigs (which means we were the pigs && he say I can be the one with the straw house… that means I no brain lah. So mean. )= )

2. The Name (find it cool?)

3. Équipe nom (French for team name. So classy. (= )

4. Caspian (name of a… condo?)


And CK suggested calling our group… Team Name. The idea was something like:

Someone: Whats your team name?
Us: team name.
Someone: Yah. Your team name.
Us: team name.

Super funny lah. Very lame also. But obviously we din use that.

In the end, we settled with: Simplicity.
Totally no link lor. But okay lah.

CK voluteered to be the LEADER sia. LOLs!


Next week lesson is going to start at 0900 as suggested as our teacher. See, I swear she can‘t wake up. Anyway she promised that even if we start at 0900, we will end before 1200.

Oh well…

Hmm… I think I am done. I think CK should buy me lunch le. Hand tired sia.

Its the day i came to this world 18 years ago ,

Today is, my Birdday Birthday!!


Today, i spent my day with Kelvin, YangQ, LiangDi, Jason, ChiaYin, Wayne, Enping, Zach, Kehlim, Zane, Rachel, Daryl, MarcusN, Russell, WenBin, Kiewu, Jiahuey, Purdey...
(Sooo sorry for those not mentioned!!)


ITS THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE THAT I GOT A SURPRISE ON MY BIRTHDAY!!


THANKS GUYS!!

I then left with YangQ and LiangDi to meet ShiangDi, HootDi, XueBiang, MingDiang and CherWiang for Sakura Buffet!

the past wk was great!!

BAOC'09 was a GREAT success!!

But that's not the most important,

After the SC Outing, i had not been told to meet up anymore..

1 week,

2 weeks,

3 weeks...

I even came to a point that i doubt if I in BAOC anot...

Until the day Leonard emailed the SCs including me, abt BAOC preparation...

I still rmb on the first meeting, as i and yangqing all stepped into the classroom,

we can only feel the coldness and sian-ness...

People talking in their own cliques,

Some were napping,

Some even brought poker cards to play dai dee...

Only after the 2-3rd meeting den we started to break the ice...

Hmmm...


Have you ever thought of why are your name, what it is now?


Have you ever wondered what would it be like if you have alot of names rather than the one your parents gave you?




Well for me, i would always been bothered by my own name...


My Name: Goh Chian Kiap


Almost all the time, i would have my name pronounced wrongly or being said the softest(to limit the number of people listening)


I would beat the person up be sad if someone mispronounces my name,
I would charge the person be dissapointed if someone forgets my name,


Hmm...How would you pronounce my name?






To solve this problem of mine, i've come up with other names that my frens can call me...

Bryan(never used),
Bamboo(used during primary school),

But ever since i have all those names, people starts to get confused...
