went to bugis and then down to np to have software installed to my laptop..
something dat needs less than half an hour can settle, the pple there took 1.5hrs for them to settle my laptop cos they have problem uninstall the norton anti-virus software, and install another anti-virus software..

went hme str after to rest..if not my head might just explode!!
